Toke Makinwa unveils the ORIKI Collection and it’s rich and colourful!
The collection according to her is an ode to a Yoruba phenomenon of praise names (Oriki).
“Oríkì: To chant, praise of the head; poetry. A cultural phenomenon amongst Yoruba speakers of the western part of Nigeria in West Africa” she shares about the tag for the collection.
A first look at the trio sturdy tote mini leather bag collection named; AJOKE a vibrant red with indigo blue accents finished with gold hardware and gold TM brand name, ADUNNI a vibrant orange and yellow mix and ADUKE a lilac and purple mix also with gold accents.
